21 North Kingstown homes sold in March:

4 homes sold over $400,000

2 home sold for between $300,000-

$400,000
15 homes sold for under $300,000

 

Average Home Sale Price in March 2012 was $303,272,  homes sold for 93% of  average list price and were on the real estate market for 98 days on average.

Median Home Sale Price in March 2012 was $250,600, homes sold for 95% of median list price and were on the real estate market for 85 days on median average.

There were 184 North Kingstown homes for sale in March 2012 which was a 7% increase (+12 homes) in inventory over the prior month.

 

Home sales increased by 5 homes (21 homes sold) over the prior month.  Yet, if you look at the sales numbers above it is interesting how strong the real estate market is here for homes under $300,000.  March is showing increased signs of life as buyers are out buying  in the current real estate market.

 

There was 1 North Kingstown short sale sold in March 2012.

 

North Kingstown RI has a good supply of homes on the market still and the waterfront North Kingstown homes for sale for over $1 million are selling right now.     Additionally, there are 10 North Kingstown luxury homes for sale over $1 million which is 2 less than the prior month.

 

There are 39 pending homes sales at present (11% increase over February).  This is a great sign of the improving real estate local market.   It is a great time to buy while mortgage rates remain low and inventory remains high…
