North Kingstown RI Real Estate Market Report- – October 2011 is as follows:

 13 North Kingstown homes sold in October:

6 homes sold over $400,000
1 home sold for between $300,000-$400,000
6 homes sold for under $300,000

 

There were 189 North Kingstown homes for salein October 2011 which was a 18 % decrease over the prior

month (41 less homes for sale).  This huge drop in  North Kingstown RI homes for sale is partly due to the large number of homes withdrawn from the real estate market by the sellers. The number of sold homes over August decreased by 10 homes.  The other statistic that is important here is that pending homes waiting to close increased by 10 homes over the prior month.
