Narragansett real estate is maintaining sales volume as an increased interest in waterfront homes is shown by sold and pending sales which continue to happen in Narragansett real estate.
23 Narragansett homes have been sold in April 2012, as follows:
2 waterfront homes over $1 million
8 homes sold over $400,000
7 homes sold for between $300,000-$400,000
6 homes sold for under $300,000
Narragansett Home Sale Information Facts:
Average Home Sale Price in April 2012 was $508,626, homes sold on average for 89% of list price and were on the real estate market for 139 days on average.
Median Home Sale Price in April 2012 was $379,000, median price of homes sold was 94% of list price and the median days on market were 87 days.
Home sales are up 130% over last year same time while pending home sales in Narragansett are up 67%…this is very encouraging news for sellers.
Buyers are definitely out there buying this time of year!
There were 170 Narragansett homes for sale in April 2012 which was a 5% decrease over the prior month(9 less homes for sale). Certainly the choices of homes in all price ranges are there for interested buyers. In the $1 million category, there are 36 Narragansett homes for sale right now. The number of homes sold in April were 13 more to the number sold in March…. increasing sizeable sales in this waterfront Narragansett community.
No Narragansett short sales sold in April.
Narragansett’s April pending home sales: 30 homes. Pending sales are equal to the prior month which is great. It is still a buyers market. Spring is here and arriving with buyers looking for housing…so spruce and stage the home…
