3 homes sold over $400,000
3 homes sold between $300,000-$400,000
7 homes sold for less than $300,000

 

However, 23 homes sold in the prior month of June 2010 in Narragansett, RI 02882. So July showed a decrease of 39% in home sales over the prior month in home sales. The summer market in Narragansett RI real estate 02882 is showing a slow down in home sales in July over last month.  The homes under $300,000 are showing the strongest trend in home sales as buyers at this end of the market continue to be strong.  There were 17 homes in agreement or pending by the end of July awaiting their closing.
