3 homes sold over $400,000

2 homes sold between $300,000-$400,000

 

There were 65  Jamestown RI homes for sale in March which is 7 more homes on the market from the prior month.  An uptick in home inventory on Conanicut Island, aka Jamestown RI has occurred.  The coastal Jamestown RI shore remains one of the more desirable waterfront buys for home searches.  Who wouldn’t want to be surrounded by water on ones own island so to speak? Oh, yes with an escape route either way to North Kingstown or Newport!

 

In March the median sale price of a home was $ 570,000, at 92% of list price and was on the real estate market for a median time of 213 days.
