were experiencing the goblins, ghouls and fright of home devastation along our RI coastal real estate shores. Yup, even the trick and treaters were out of luck with the storm that came our way. However, tonight will be one Halloween to remember after the Boston Red Sox clinching the World Series and a murky night for all festive trick or treaters to enjoy. So has this Halloween day put the fright into North Kingstown home sales?
The fall season is a great time to look at homes that are not of the Halloween variety.
The children are back in school, the weather is cooler and homes can be viewed clearer as the tree leaves descend to the ground. A good time to check out the neighbors to ensure that the neighborhood you are thinking about buying into has the right sense to meet your family’s goal. Is it quiet, active, full of children, motorcycles roaring, cars barreling up and down the road, noise at all hours, roosters and farm pets roaming, etc. boy that list can go on. So it is a time to do a bit of sleuthing on a future home neighborhood and see if it is the location for you. North Kingstown, South Kingstown, Narragansett, Jamestown, East Greenwich, and on all have great neighborhoods to explore. Ensure you are guided well by your real estate agent with your list of particulars in hand for the right home.
