Bob, it has a contract on it right now but it is a short sale. The bank has finally decided on a price of $255,000 for it and the current buyer needs to decide by Tuesday if they are meeting that price. It needs flood insurance of $1500 per year in addition to homeowners if you have a mortgage. You can be in back up position. This unit needs updating.
