This is the Narragansett single home sale market in November with home sales decreasing by 41% over the prior month and pending home sales increased 5% over the prior month.

- Highest price home sold in Narragansett this month is on Sand Hill Cove Road at $2,775,000.
Narragansett homes sale absorption rate is 2.3 months worth of home inventory this month which is currently a sellers real estate market.

247 homes sold in Narragansett in 2020 so far compared to in 2019 when 244 homes were sold (1% more homes sold in 2020 over 2019 so far). The average above ground square foot cost of a sold home here in 2020 is $450 and is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and 1700 above ground square foot home.
One of the neighborhoods in demand is Narragansett Pier which has a few homes on the market, homes here go into contract quickly and the price point will put you up well over $550,000.
