- Sales price to list price ratio: 95% (same as last month)
- Average days on the market: 91 (39% decrease in days on market)
- Sales currently pending: 20(9% less than prior month)
Narragansett homes sale absorption rate is 6.8 months worth of home inventory. It is a balanced market in real estate market at certain price points and locations.
