The East Greenwich RI home sale market in August 2015 has slowed in real estate sales as the summer weather wanes. East Greenwich home sales are down by 36% over the prior month (second month of a strong decrease in sales) and pending home sales are down 50% too. It is a stronger market here this year overall. It shows that buyers are out looking for the best home that suits them in this Kent County community.

Average home sale price: $521,000
Median home sale price: $474,000
Pending Homes: 10 ( 50% less than prior month)
Single family Sold Homes: 16 ( 30% decrease in home closings over prior month)
In August, 16 single family homes sold as follows: 3 homes sold for less than $300,000, 2 homes sold between $300,000-$400,000 and 11 homes sold between $400,000 and $1 million. No homes sold for over $1 million this month here.
The East Greenwich real estate market with the increase in inventory is a higher end buyers RI real estate market.
