The East Greenwich RI housing market April 2017 has jumped up in home sales as the spring weather is here and helping the home market activity.  East Greenwich real estate sales are up by 12% and pending home sales have increased by 35% over the prior month.  Buyers are still out searching for the property that fits their needs and are particular in this community.  This real estate market is having a great rebound in home sales and seems to be on track to continue.

Median home sale price:  $450,000

Pending Homes:  31 (35% more than prior month)

Single family Sold Homes: 19 ( 2 more homes than prior month)

Days on Market before Pending Sales Contract: 61

Highest priced home sold so far this year is $1,050,000 in the Miss Fry Drive neighborhood and per square foot cost is $191 for the average home sold so far this year.


This month 19 single family homes sold as follows:  3 homes sold for less than $300,000, 3 homes sold between $300,000-$400,000 and 13 homes sold between $400,000- $1 million.
