The Charlestown RI home sale market in January 2017 is continuing to have real estate sales down from the prior month. As you look back at the home sales in Charlestown for 2016 as compared to 2015, it showed a 6% increase in home sales year over year.
Home buyers need to be ready, willing and able to buy on homes especially in the under $300,000 price range. - Highest priced home sold this month was $ 2,700,000 in Arnolda Colony neighborhood.
The number of Charlestown home sales in 2016 are 6% higher compared to the same period in 2015. Charlestown home sold prices are up by 5% over 2015. Charlestown is starting off 2017 with a higher number of homes sold than in January 2016 too.
