The Charlestown RI home sale market in December 2018 has an increase in real estate sales this month. However, this 2018 year home sales in Charlestown shows a 2% decrease in home sales over 2017.

- Highest priced home sold this month was $ 1,150,000 on Central Beach Quonnie.
The homes sold prices have decreased by 2% in 2018 over 2017 and the number of sold homes are down 11% in the same time period. The average home sold this year was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with 1700 square feet of above ground living space. The average square foot cost of a sold Charlestown home was $296 in 2018.
