Washington County Fair August 11-15th 2010 Richmond RI- It’s the Real Deal for all who venture to the fairgrounds on any day or night. This country fair is in it’s 44th year and it’s mission is to promote agriculture and appreciate the fairs of an earlier time for all family members.  It was an idea that originated from one of the local RI granges.

There is such variety at the fair, it would take me hours to list them all but here are a few Parking is free at the Washington County Fair off Rte. 112 in Richmond, RI.  It is easy access to Rte. 95 which is less than 5 minutes away.

If you have never come to a country fair this is the one you want to see in RI.  The RI grange members and volunteers work all year to put the glorious Washington County fair together for all to enjoy and appreciate.
