Originally the land was part of the historic Tockwotton Farm which was a dairy farm and vegetables and great produce were sold from their farm stand on North Quidnessett Road…times changed and most of the land was sold off for development of higher end homes. The Tockwotton Farm neighborhood maintains a wonderful environment for families with homes built in the 1990’s with

The North Kingstown bike path ends at the waterfront in Mount View so it is a nice bike ride down to the water’s edge.
Homes in the Tockwotton Farm neighborhood are in the $400,000s to $500,000+ range. Most of the homes are 10 room homes with 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a 2 car garage with around 2800- 3400 square feet of living space. Great size home for a growing family or just to spread out in.
