November 2011 Home Sale Report
Narragansett Beach is a draw for all
12 Narragansett homes have been sold in November 2011, as follows:
1 home sold over $1 million (waterfront Narragansett home)
5 homes sold over $400,000
3 homes sold for between $300,000-$400,000
3 homes sold for under $300,000
There were 207 Narragansett homes for sale in November 2011 which was a 7 % decrease over October (15 less).
