Overall there were about 227 homes on the market during July 2010 in North Kingstown RI 02852 which was a 5% increase in the number of homes over the prior month of June 2010. This is a small increase in inventory which helps buyers by offering a larger inventory to choose from but is less desirable for sellers. More inventory means buyers have more homes to choose from and be selective about.
The number of homes sold in North Kingstown decreased dramatically to 9 sold for July 2010. This is a 78% decrease in homes sold over June 2010. The homes sold in July were equally divided among the dollar categories.
Pending sales increased by 26% by month end with 34 homes in agreement or pending status. This will help make up for some of the lack of sales in the month of July when they do close.
