In January 2011 there were 163 North Kingstown homes for sale which is a 3% increase in the number of homes over the prior month of December 2010. The home inventory has started to increase with the new year as sellers prepare for the spring housing market. Choices of homes remains fairly constant as ready, willing and able buyers are actively looking to make their purchases now while mortgage rates remain at lower levels.
