There were 180 Narragansett homes for sale in March 2011 which was a 13% increase over the Narragansett homes for sale in February. This is a healthy spring increase (and up for the second month in a row) of homes on the market for Narragansett RI real estate  and the more homes on the market the better it is for buyers!  So get ready to welcome the daffodils too.

 

Narragansett has maintained a steady inventory of homes and the waterfront and coastal Narragansett homes are not selling to keep up with the home inventory.  Truthfully, the mix of homes being sold is in all price ranges is happening here right now.  Yet, the waterfront and coastal Narragansett homes are selling.

 

Are you a ready, willing and able buyer?  Make sure you have been pre-approved by a mortgage person because you need to know what you can afford and what size mortgage payment you are comfortable paying every month.  There are great mortgage brokers and lenders in RI – if you need suggestions, please give me a call.  Remember the Boy Scout motto – be prepared!

 

The 10 Narragansett RI homes sold in March were up 50% over the prior month and this is a sweet spring trend- just like the coastal plants ready to pop.  The buying and selling activity in this growing town is constant.  Plus who doesn’t enjoy Narragansett, its beaches, restaurants and and  waterfront homes.

 

So much to appreciate here and enjoy. Pending home sales have decreased slightly over the prior month. There are 15 homes in pending status in Narragansett RI this past month which is 6% less than last month.  Finding the right house in this waterfront community is what makes clients happy.
