1 waterfront home sold for over $1 million
4 homes sold over $400,000
5 homes sold for between $300,000-$400,000
2 homes sold for under $300,000
There were 243 Narragansett homes for sale in August 2011 which was a 5 % increase over July (12 additional homes for sale). Additionally, 16% of the Narragansett homes for sale are over $1 million which is a large number for this community.
