Some people like their ‘top 10’ lists but sharing the real estate finds From Biggest to Littlest to Most Expensive to Least Expensive North Kingstown RI Homes Sold in 2010 is my favorite.  These were out of a total of 232 North Kingstown homes sold last year.  So here it goes:


Most  Expensive Home sold in North Kingstown(waterfront home  it was also):
61 Pojac Point at $3.5million

Least Expensive  Home  sold in North Kingstown(okay I mean cheapest):
379 Railroad Avenue at $49,900

honorable mention (manufactured home on leased land): $9900


Biggest Home  sold in North Kingstown:

61 Pojac Point Road at 9000 square feet of living space
this one wins on two counts (biggest & highest price home!)


Smallest  Home  sold in North Kingstown in 2010:
660 Tower Hill Road at 725 square feet of living space

honorable mention (manufactured home on leased land): 480 square feet
