10 East Greenwich single family homes have been sold in February 2012, as follows:

 

5 homes sold over $400,000

2 homes sold for between $300,000-$400,000
3 homes sold for under $300,000

There were 106 East Greenwich homes for sale in February 2012 which was a  8% decrease of homes over the prior month.  Certainly the choices of homes in all price ranges are there for interested buyers.  Currently, there are 7 luxury East Greenwich homes over $1 million on the market.

 

February’s pending East Greenwich homes is at 11 homes (1 less than January 2012).  The number of sold homes doubled from January…woo, hoo this is a good sign for this towns spring real estate market!

 

East Greenwich has the homes with amenities buyers want and there are many neighborhood choices to pique your interest.  Schools remain a top attraction for living in this town (always being one of the top rated school systems in the state).  The historic Main Street in East Greenwich is packed with unique shops and eateries – it is always worth a visit.  The marinas and Hill and Harbor area are always a draw also for those looking for a great experience.

So in February 2012, the average East Greenwich RI home sold for $440,400, was on the market for 129 days and sold for 93% of list price.

 The median priced East Greenwich RI home sold for $412,500, was on the market for 129 days and sold for 93% of list price.
