The East Greenwich market report for December 2012 indicates the following:
Active homes on the market: 105
December Sold Homes: 9 homes as follows: 3 homes sold for less than $300,000, 2 homes sold between $300,000-$400,000, 3 homes sold for greater than $400,000 and 1 home sold for greater than $1 million.
Average home sold for $457,633 at 93% of list price and days on market was 131.
Median home sold for $400,000 at 95% of list price and days on market was 140.

The East Greenwich RI home sales market has been a strong selling market this year with the number of home sales up by 46 homes over prior year. At year end 2012, the number of sales were up 36 % over 2011! Home prices declined here by 2% in 2012 over 2011. Home prices are still just stabilizing here.
