There were 121 East Greenwich RI homes for sale  in November 2011 which was a 10% decrease over the prior month (13 less homes for sale).   This was the second month of home inventory decline here. Of the East Greenwich RI real estate on the market 8 homes for sale are over $1 million in sales price.
