I work for a living just like you do…however, I do not have a steady pay check like you do and every ounce of my knowledge in this business goes into helping my clients thoroughly in finding what they need in real estate.  I am not lounging on a pool side chair waiting for a clients call but lead a busy life juggling properties and helping my clients who trust in me to do right by them.  That means talking to other Real Estate Agents about potential listings about to come on the market, staying abreast of the specific MLS offerings to satisfy clients wants/needs, and constantly out and about previewing properties for clients.


Just because my name is everywhere out there on line does not mean you can call me one minute and think I can respond in minute two.  Treating my clients well and timely is paramount to me, my reputation and growing my business….so please treat me as well as I will treat you.  Respect is a social grace and if you have not learned it yet, it is never to late.
  If I am in the middle of a negotiation on a Friday evening, you won’t get my phone call back at 9:15 p.m. but you will receive it first thing the following morning.  Would you not do the same to your client in your business dealings?  If not, well then I suppose I am perhaps not the right agent for you.
