saw 28 millpond rd for 85k… lived next door at 22 millpond many years ago and loved it…it has been sold refurbished…was sent up by FEMA to inspect right in my old neigborhood…but the 85 k at 28 millpond and the fact nobody was in 22 millpond had my mystified..any idea on those 2 properties…
