Brenda and Carl, the new buyers, will settle into their home shortly with pets and kids.  Smiling away when the moving truck left them at their new home, there is so much anticipation in settling in and meeting the neighbors.  This is a wonderful location as the sellers told them to bring up children.  It is sometimes all about location.   Lasting North Kingstown memories will be created and remembered here as the years go by.
