October 2011 Narragansett Home Sales

 

9 Narragansett homes have been sold in October 2011, as follows:

2 homes sold over $400,000

2 homes sold for between $300,000-$400,000
5 homes sold for under $300,000

There were 222 Narragansett RI real estate in October 2011 which was a 3 % decrease over September (8 less

homes for sale).  Certainly the choices of homes in all price ranges are there for interested buyers.  In the $1 million Narragansett homes for sale price range, there are 35 Narragansett homes for sale right now (the same number as the prior month).
