this one wins on two counts (biggest & highest price home)!

Smallest  Home  sold in Narragansett in 2010:

271 H Great Island Road at 425 square feet of living space

this one wins on two counts too (smallest & cheapest price home)

runner-up : 271 Great Island Road at 500 square feet
