East Greenwich RI Home Sale Update March 2012

 

 

11 East Greenwich single family homes have been sold in March 2012, as follows:

5 homes sold over $400,000

4 homes sold for between $300,000-$400,000
2 homes sold for under $300,000

There were 117 East Greenwich homes for sale in March 2012 which was a  8% increase in homes over the prior month.  The choices of homes in all price ranges are there for interested buyers.  Currently, there are 5 luxury East Greenwich homes over $1 million on the market.

 

11 homes are Pending in East Greenwich in March awaiting closing.

 

East Greenwich has the homes with amenities buyers want and there are many neighborhood choices of interest.  Schools remain a top attraction for living here (always being one of the top rated school systems in the state).

The historic Main Street in East Greenwich RI real estate is packed with unique shops and eateries – it is always worth a visit.  The marinas and Hill and Harbor area are always a draw also for those looking for a great experience.

 Whereas the median priced East Greenwich RI home sold for $375,000, was on the market for 124 days and sold for 95% of list price in March 2012.
