because of the state beaches of Scarborough and Roger Wheeler as well as the Narragansett Pier Town Beach which is rated one of the top beaches on the East coast. Home of the Twin Towers for the Narragansett Casino (from the early 1900’s) and entry point into the town of Narragansett. Once a playground for the wealthy between Newport and Narragansett, it now is a wonderful beach and suburban community in RI with so much to offer.
From the beaches to the fishing village of Galilee, Great Island, Harbour Island, Bonnet Shores, Bonnet Point, Anawan Cliffs, Edgewater and the famous Ocean Road where many of the older homes from a century ago enjoy a new beginning as they are renovated and restored to full luster. Great restaurants abound here and with the waterfront everywhere you turn, Narragansett is always worth exploring when you think waterfront and real estate!
