East Greenwich has a rich history through the centuries and the historic houses in the town show this attribute off well. The Hill and Harbor district is one to explore and the diversity of housing from in town to the suburban outskirts of the town allow for choices by anyone looking to relocate here. East Greenwich has always enjoyed being in the top rankings of public schools (by test scores) within the state.
An active Main Street with numerous shops and restaurants it is definitely the center of the town with summer and winter activities focused here for all residents.
