Jamestown is experiencing the same number of homes sold in May 2014 as in April and is ending the year to date second quarter of the year with a 11% decrease in home sales and a 7% drop in home prices as compared to the same time period in 2013. Overall, the luxury Jamestown housing market is not experiencing the small uptick that other waterfront RI real estate is feeling.
