- Jamestown waterfront homes had 1 luxury and waterfront home sold. The highest price home sold this month for $1,312,500.
- 8 Jamestown RI homes sold this month is as follows: 0 home sold under $300,000, 3 homes sold between $300,000-$400,00, 4 homes greater than $400,000 but less than $1 million and 1 home sold for over $1 million.

The Jamestown home market went from 9 homes sold during the first three months of 2015 to 21 homes sold in the first three months of 2016. Home sold 2016 values so far decreased by 1% over 2015 (first quarter) to $652,000 on average.
This is the real estate news for home sellers they want to hear and buyers will need to pay more for homes in Jamestown now. But it is a long term investment for any home buyer.
