The average square foot cost of an East Greenwich home sold was $199.  There were 6 homes sold over $1 million in 2017 and 37% of the homes sold were $400,000 or under.  230 homes sold through December 2017 were for an average sold price of $490,000 as compared to 2016 when 219 homes sold for an average sale price of $451,000.  We will see if 2018 is as vibrant.
