Average home sold for $333,400 at 93% of list price and days on market was 105.
Median home sold for $272,500 at 96% of list price and days on market was 90.
Comparing East Greenwich RI real estate sales year to date through October 2012 to October 2013, showed an increase in home sales by 29%. Also, home prices are up by 2% over the same time period.
The average home sale price has dropped here as buyers reached for the under $300,000 homes in a big way this month.
