The Charlestown RI home sale market in September 2016 is having a fall off in real estate sales over the prior month with sales down by 30%. Home sold values have increased though by 5% over 2015 so far this year (7 homes have sold over $1 million in 2016 so far).

So the number of Charlestown home sales through September are 1% higher in 2016 year to date compared to the same period in 2015. Charlestown home sold prices are up by 5% over the same time period in 2015.
