The Charlestown RI home sale market in March 2019 has a significant increase in real estate sales this month up by 70%.

- Average days on the market until pending: 76
- Sales currently pending: 18 (3 more than prior month)
- Highest priced home sold this month was $ 3.500,000 in the Quonnie area.
The homes sold prices have increased by 4% in January-March 2019 over January-March 2018 and the number of sold homes increased by 23% in this time period. The average home sold this month was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with 1900 square feet of above ground living space. The average square foot cost of a sold Charlestown home was $291 so far in 2019.
