The South Kingstown RI Real Estate Market Statistics for the month of July 2010 for sold properties were as follows:

6 homes sold for over $400,000
8 homes sold for between $300,000-$400,000
13 homes sold for less than $300,000
Overall there were 284 homes on the market during the month of July 2010 in South Kingstown RI which was equal to the number of homes on the market in the prior month. The home inventory in South Kingstown RI appears to be staying constant from month to month at this time.
Even with the expiration of the federal tax credit for home buying the number of homes sold in South Kingstown increased to 28 solds for July 2010. This is a negligible increase in homes sold over June 2010. The majority of the homes sold were either under $300,000 or between $300,000- $400,000 in sales price.
Pending sales remained the same over the prior month of July with 30 homes in agreement or pending status and awaiting their closing.
