In my waterfront North Kingstown neighborhood, buyers cruise around in their cars all the time trying to scope out the next Rhode Island real estate buy.  Being in a coastal neighborhood that has one way in and one way out, buyers end up there and go wow…look at the waterfront!

Well that is exactly what happened the other morning.  Knock at the door and the gentleman at the door asked me if I was a North Kingstown Real Estate Agent?

 

No tell tale signs visible but Yes, I said, I am.  Well one of your neighbors directed me and my wife (who is sitting in their car) to your house.  Oh?  Yes, we want to buy a little house around here and a fixer upper will do close to the water.

They have been looking for a couple of months but nothing has surfaced that had potential for them in walk to water North Kingstown real estate.
