What is the draw here? It is inexplicably the feel and location of the waterfront RI homes and properties that have a uniqueness to them. You are front and center on the Atlantic Ocean with pearly white beaches and Block Island in the distance.
Quonnie can be considered the ‘queen’ of the area with many high end oceanfront RI real estate homes to grace this location.
From small cottages (most are bought and torn down) to stunning Nantucket style mansions, these coastal homes give a presence to the area. It is as they truly belong here and always did. Well my draw is always the pristine private beaches here and amazing waves. But then there is the body surfing and just watching the piping plovers run along the RI shoreline.
