Narragansett RI has 22 different condo complexes in the town of Narragansett.   There are a number of Narragansett RI condos for sale at any given time from $150,000 to over $1 million for waterfront condos.  The southern Rhode Island town location does

    Hi Ginny,
    We own a RI home but live overseas most of the year. Our three daughters live and go to college in the USA and our son will do so in 2 years. It is getting difficult to manage our property but we want to maintain something near my parents in Kingston. We are thinking of a simpler condo on or close to the water as an investment and a base for our NE visits. Imagining we may get mid 500’s for our home but want to keep the price of a new place as low as possible as we are looking for our retirement home out west as well. Need at LEAST 2 bedrooms as we are rarely there at the same time.
    Trying to find a good deal that is a good long term investment and has a chance of appreciating. We are returning in May (20-22) to attend our daughter’s graduation and wondered if you would have anything to show us. I would appreciate any info or advice you have as we have never owned a condo. What we need is a lovely spot with much less upkeep and maintenance than we have now.
