3 homes sold over $400,000

1 home sold between $300,000-$400,000

There were 63 Jamestown RI homes for sale in January which was 2 more homes on the market over the prior month.  This is an increase in home inventory on Conanicut Island aka Jamestown RI.  The coastal Jamestown RI shore remains one of the most desirable waterfront buys for home searches.  Who wouldn’t want to be surrounded by water?
