I can not believe the attack strength lately of sellers’ agents after I tour their listing homes with my clients in order to garner a sale.  Yes, they are

definitely howling here for ‘pick me’ choices.  But I am not a North Kingstown Real Estate Agent who likes this approach as I have shared before.

 

I work for my buyer and if the buyer is anxious to have the home in agreement I will do my due diligence to gather the information and suggest the offer price.  But in my area we are definitely in a buyers market and most times waiting a bit helps.  Sometimes it is the very slow and carefully orchestrated process of evaluation to choose that one house above all others. Other times you snooze, you lose the RI real estate house.

 

So like this coyote (who is unfortunately stuffed and had his howling days in a past life) the listing agents are howling here for more sales and may just need to be a bit more patient.
