South Kingstown August 2012 home sales are down 33%% over July. Sold homes have decreased by 12.
South Kingstown’s Average Home Sale Price in August 2012 was $366,302. This month South Kingstown Rhode Island real estate homes sold on average for 97% of list price and were on the real estate market for 109 days on average.
South Kingstown Median Home Sale Price in August 2012 was $317,500. South Kingstown homes sold for a median price point of 97% of list price and were on the real estate market for 76 days. Remember the median sale price is the midpoint of all home sale prices (half the home sales are below this amount as well as above this dollar figure).
Increase on days on market but sales prices were higher last month than the prior month.
