Now this is a first for me! Yet I have the short sale RI real estate buyer for what started as a short sale with an agreed upon price in flood zone RI real estate.
Hallelujah, after 7 months my buyer is getting the waterfront condo he has desired at a great price. However, the RI short sale seller did a flip on the buyer a month ago and said she was not waiting for Bank of America any longer and was fulfilling her debt in full to the bank!
My buyer just wanted to close on this waterfront North Kingstown real estate condo. He found me in February on line, called me to represent him as his buyer’s agent, I answered his questions and we started to look for a condo that suited his lifestyle. Well there was nothing straight about this North Kingstown waterfront condo sale! It was bumpy all the way, delayed, now a Hurricane at closing day and state of emergency in RI.
That is not all…will the condo flood the day he closes on it? We have our fingers crossed here that it will not. And he tells me his ex- wife is named Sandy!
