- 9 Jamestown RI homes sold this month is as follows: 1 home sold under $300,000, 1 home sold between $300,000-$400,00, 4 homes greater than $400,000 but less than $1 million and 3 homes sold for $1 million and over.

The Jamestown home market went from 46 homes sold during the first eight months of 2015 to 83 homes sold in the first eight months of 2016. Home sold 2016 values so far decreased by 19% over 2015 for same time period to $697,000 on average. However, with a 80% increase in home sales so far this year over 2015, this Jamestown real estate market is on fire!
