The East Greenwich RI housing market January 2017 has slowed in home sales as the weather of this winter month is upon us.  East Greenwich real estate sales are down by 19% and pending home sales have decreased by 13% to the prior month.  Buyers are still out searching for the property that fits their needs and are particular in this community.  This housing market had a rebound in home sales in 2016 with higher priced homes selling.

This month 13 single family homes sold as follows:  2 homes sold for less than $300,000, 4 homes sold between $300,000-$400,000, 6 homes sold between $400,000 and $1 million and 1 home sold over $1 million.
