- Sales currently pending: 21 (2 homes more than prior month)
- Highest priced home sold this month was $ 3,950,000 in the West Beach neighborhood.
Charlestown home sales for the first nine months of 2017 were 115 homes sold as compared to January-September 2016 when 109 homes were sold. The homes sold prices are 10% higher the first nine months in 2017 as compared to same period in 2016 ($513,000 as compared to $468,000 in 2016).
