Husband and I are contemplating buying a condo but we need more space than is available in most we’ve seen. Your page on this “Preserve” or the “Brandywyne” doesn’t mention selling prices. I have suspicion they’re out of our range but I’d love to hear from you.
Hi Marilyn, these are wonderful South Kingstown condos for sale in different price ranges. Brandywyne condos are all sold but resales come up but because of the demand they sell in under a week. So you need to be able to buy without contingencies of selling your home. The Preserve condos for sale start at around $419,000 and go up in price depending upon the amenities.
